I need to ascertain: a) if the signatures in the memorandum containing articles of association are certified by a notary, b) whether the Swedish notary does certify the signatures in the power of attorney made in order to form a company abroad or if Swedish law imposes on him not just the duty of signatures certification but imposes on him to draw a notarial deed and not just a certification of signatures Company formation.
